“One of the greatest blessings in my tax journey started with a simple connection on social media. What began as following an experienced tax professional quickly turned into a mentorship that transformed my business and my confidence. She didn’t just teach me how to prepare taxes — she poured into me, encouraged me, and believed in my potential. Over time, she became more than a mentor; she became family, a trusted advisor, and someone who genuinely wanted to see me succeed. I will always be grateful that one social media connection turned into a life-changing relationship.”

“I am incredibly grateful to Geraldine for being such an outstanding mentor during my first year as a Tier 1 tax business owner. Starting a new business can be overwhelming, but her patience, knowledge, and unwavering support gave me the confidence to grow and succeed. She always took the time to answer my questions and share real-world insights that strengthened both my tax knowledge and my business. Because of her mentorship I have grown not only as a tax professional but also as a business owner. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, inspiring, and dedicated mentor.”

Understanding PTIN and EFIN Requirements
