Bilingual tax preparation for Richmond and Rosenberg, TX
Many of the families and business owners we work with in Richmond and Rosenberg would rather do their taxes in Spanish, with someone who explains each line before they sign. That is how we work. We prepare W-2, 1099 and ITIN returns, help people who work for themselves register a business the right way, and set up payroll for the first employee. The office is up I-69 in west Houston, and anything we do in person we can also do by phone or video.

How we help in Richmond and Rosenberg
Filing with an ITIN
We prepare returns for filers and dependents with an ITIN. An ITIN that has not been used on a federal return for three tax years in a row expires, so bring your ITIN letter and we check its status before anything is filed.
Tax PreparationStarting a business in Fort Bend County
A sole proprietor with a business name files a DBA with the Fort Bend County Clerk; an LLC registers with the Texas Secretary of State. After that come the EIN, a Texas sales tax permit if you sell taxable goods, and a separate bank account. We walk you through the order and file the LLC and EIN for you.
Business ServicesHiring your first employee
Payroll means withholding and depositing federal tax, filing Form 941 every quarter, reporting wages to the Texas Workforce Commission, and issuing W-2s in January. We set it up and run it so you can keep working.

Questions from Richmond & Rosenberg clients
Can I do my taxes completely in Spanish?
Yes. The call, the document review, the explanation of your return and every follow-up can be in Spanish. You can also switch to English at any point, or bring a family member who prefers it.
I file with an ITIN. Can you prepare my return?
Yes. Bring your ITIN letter, photo ID, your income forms and the documents for any dependents. If your ITIN has not been used on a return in the last three tax years it may have expired, and we will tell you what the IRS requires before filing.
I want to open a business in Rosenberg. Where do I start?
Start by choosing the structure — sole proprietor or LLC — because that decides where you register. Then get an EIN, a sales tax permit if you will sell taxable goods, and a business bank account, and check with the City of Rosenberg or Richmond about local permits. We handle the LLC filing and the EIN.
